Alternative Payment Plans

• Payment Plans
  - We offer payment plans from 2 to 5 instalments for all jewellery, including made to order pieces.
  - To set up your payment plan, please send us the below details via email:
  1) Number of payments required (2-5)
  2) Payments frequency (once a week/2 weeks/3 weeks/month)
  3) Design on website / bespoke idea
  4)  Ring size (if applicable)
  5) Shipping address + Telephone number

Delivery

Any orders placed aim to be delivered as soon as possible, however please expect up to 10 days from the date of purchase to delivery. Heather uses the following mail services:

• Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class

• Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured)

• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for £14

You are liable to pay any duties or taxes that may arise through the delivery of your order.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Heather is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase, in keeping with UK law.

Alternatively, Heather will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. If your order arrives back with us later than 14 working dates, we can only offer an exchange or credit note.

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

• Made to order pieces

• Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

• Customised pieces (ie resized rings, custom chain lengths, engraved jewellery etc)

• Please post back the item in its original packaging and include the original delivery slip or order number with your contact details.

Payment

All products remain Heather McDermott Jewellery's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. 

All transfers conducted through Heather McDermott Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Cancellation Policy

Most jewellery is made-to-order so if a cancellation is necessary, this can only be granted within 24 hours of purchase.
