Flexible Payment Options

We offer a range of flexible payment options to make purchasing your jewellery even easier. At checkout, you can choose to spread the cost using Klarna or Clearpay, subject to their terms and approval.

If you would prefer a more personalised payment plan, Heather also offers in-house instalment plans across all jewellery collections, including made-to-order pieces. Simply email enquiries@heathermcdermott.co.uk and we’ll be happy to arrange a schedule that works for you.

To set up an in-house payment plan, please include:

• The piece you’d like to purchase (or details of your bespoke commission)

• Number of instalments required (2-5)

• Preferred payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly)

• Ring size (if applicable)

• Delivery address and telephone number

Delivery

Every piece is carefully prepared from Heather’s workshop in Callander. While many items are dispatched sooner, please allow up to 10 working days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

Orders are shipped using the following Royal Mail services:

• Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class

• Royal Mail Special Delivery® (insured)

• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (£14)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their destination country.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, if you decide your order isn’t quite right, returns are accepted in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

Items returned unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund.

Returns received after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt may be exchanged or issued with a credit note.

The following items are exempt from our returns and exchange policy unless they are deemed structurally faulty:

• Made-to-order jewellery

• Bespoke commissions

• Customised jewellery, including resized rings, engraved pieces and bespoke chain lengths

Please include your original order number or delivery note when returning your item.

Secure Payments

All jewellery remains the property of Heather McDermott Jewellery until payment has been received in full.

Payments made through our website are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers using SSL encryption for your protection. Your payment card details are never stored by Heather McDermott Jewellery.

Cancellation Policy

As many pieces are handcrafted to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may already have begun and we may be unable to cancel your purchase.
